Free Schools are breaking down the barriers

Yesterday was the last day to apply for anyone wanting to start a free school in 2013. In the first year, 24 of those applying succeeded. This year, 72 made it. For 2013, there are over 300 applications, and probably more than 100 will be approved. Click here for the full article
